We’re incredibly proud to have taken a significant step forward! We’ve successfully completed our first EcoVadis assessment – and immediately earned the Bronze Medal! This is a fantastic achievement and a clear reflection of our strong commitment to sustainability. We are committed to providing fair wages by strictly adhering to collective agreements and minimum wage standards, often surpassing them. We fully comply with all legal requirements to safeguard our workforce’s rights. Furthermore, in the unfortunate event of a tragedy, our company offers direct financial assistance to support our employees. Our goal is to ease financial burdens during difficult times, ensuring our employees and their families receive the necessary support.
We are committed to promoting food security and sustainability. Our employees enjoy affordable meals in our in-house cafeteria, where we prioritize purchasing regional and fair trade products. We carefully manage our food procurement to ensure that we buy in appropriate quantities, minimizing waste and preventing food from being discarded. Additionally, we provide a bio fruit basket for our employees to enjoy, promoting healthy eating habits and ensuring access to nutritious snacks throughout the day.
As part of our internal health program, NBGo, we prioritize the well-being of our NBG employees. We offer a range of activities and initiatives to support holistic health and wellness, including running events, health seminars, free health screenings, and more, all aimed at enhancing both physical and psychological well-being.

To keep our production process as clean as possible, we harness our own power from our photovoltaic array. By relying on renewable energy sources, we’re able to reduce our carbon footprint and drive down energy costs simultaneously. Additionally, we have integrated heat recovery systems into our production facility to capture and utilize the waste heat for heating purposes. Furthermore, we utilize district heating to ensure our heating needs are met efficiently and sustainably.

All our materials are sourced from within the EU, further minimizing our environmental footprint and supporting local economies.

Over half of our corporate fleet consists of electric vehicles, demonstrating our commitment to reducing emissions and adopting cleaner transportation solutions. We prioritize energy efficiency with waste heat recovery, renewable energy sources like our own photovoltaic system, and district heating. We also focus on waste reduction, energy-efficient lighting, and conduct rigorous environmental risk assessments, complemented by ongoing staff training.
We’re dedicated to social responsibility. Each year, we donate to a different charitable organization to promote diverse philanthropic projects. This annual donation rotation allows us to have a broad positive impact across various areas such as health, education, environmental conservation, and social justice.
We’re committed to environmental protection and promoting sustainable practices. In collaboration with a local beekeeper, we’ve installed several beehives on our premises. Our beehives strengthen the local ecosystem and enhance environmental resilience to climate change. Furthermore, we are mindful of building in an environmentally responsible manner, prioritizing space-efficient construction practices to minimize our impact on biodiversity.
We collaborate exclusively with partners who share our values, rejecting discrimination, money laundering, corruption, and human rights violations. We insist on upholding human rights and prioritize a peaceful work environment through team-building initiatives.
